How we work

We trust you to work in a way that will enable you to deliver your best work and understand that life’s demands can get in the way. Bud provides flexible work arrangements and supports both in-office and remote staff. Additionally, we offer a 60-day allowance for working abroad.


How we live

We understand how important it is to look after yourself and acknowledge everyone has different lifestyles. To support this, we have a range of enhanced time off policies for all life’s experiences. We also support our team’s wellbeing with a monthly wellbeing allowance, private medical insurance, and mental health support through Spill.

We’ll have some kind of assessment tailored to the things you’ll be doing day to day at Bud. This could involve a take home task, presentation, skills-based interview, or a combination of these.
